Tips to help your body detox

 

Summer is coming and we should make our summer body, but the first step is the detox because we can’t start a diet without it. Here you have some step for detox:

  1. Drink at least 2-3 l water/per day.
  2. Eat dried fruits: apricots, raisins, figs, dates, etc.
  3. Eat raw fruits prepared either as a fruit salad  or as shakes.

  • 4. Substitute coffee with green tea – will help you feel energized.
  • 5. Eat raw vegetables. If you make a salad add cold pressed olive oil.
  • 6. Eat 1-2 teaspoons of honey daily, instead of sugar.
  • 7. Drink natural homemade juices and herbal infusions.
  • 8. Each morning, before breakfast drink a glass of water with 1 teaspoon honey and juice from ½ lemon.
  • 9. The least, but as important is the others – exercise or just walk, but in an active way as much as you can!
